When: The fourth Saturday of October each year, in downtown Elgin, Texas.

Elgin’s signature street party celebrates the town’s “Sausage Capital of Texas” pride with three stages of live music, a BBQ pork cook-off, a car show, a children’s costume pet parade, and the crowning of King Hog and Queen Sowpreme.
